• Discounts may be offered for bulk orders, series and complete books etc.

All works will need a minimum of two weeks to complete, unless negotiated beforehand( a fee may apply)

We are happy to send you your artwork via australia Post, an art Courier or any Courier you specify. As there is a lot of variation in format, size, destination and packing required, please contact us for a postage cost estimate.

We charge a standard handling fee to get your artwork to you in the best possible condition.

• Copyright on all images remains the property of Meg English unless arrangements are made prior to the production of the image.
• A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required before any work commences.
• Artworks will not be delivered until full receipt of payment is made, including Postage and Handling costs.
• The length of time to finish an artwork is an estimation only and while every effort will be made to adhere to this, small delays may sometimes occur.
• While every care will be made to protect the artwork during transit, the artist is not responsible for any loss or damage to the artwork incurred while the artwork is not in her care.
• We will forward you one sketch or copy of the work so that you can advise us of any changes you may like or see how the work is progressing. Any small alterations are made free of charge. Extensive changes that cause the artwork to differ a great deal from the original job description will correspondingly change the original quote.

Please care for your artwork by keeping it dry, free of dust and moulds etc and out of direct sunlight or busy traffic areas.
